Founded by experienced and successful industry leaders, the company is looking for strong leaders to join and help fuel its expansion and growth.The Opportunity:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team and lead our financial operations as we expand our quick service restaurant chain through growth of company-owned and franchised locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-unit finance, franchising, and scaling operations. The ideal CFO candidate is willing to be hands-on with a smaller venture backed company’s embarking on rapid growth.What You’ll Be Doing:Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to support our aggressive growth plansOversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and taxManage company contracts, construction expense and investment tracking, lease negotiations and administrationProvide strategic financial input to senior management and the Board of DirectorsLead capital raising efforts and manage relationships with investors and financial institutionsDevelop financial models and projections for franchise expansion and oversee due diligenceCreate and implement financial systems to support franchisee operations and reportingAnalyze potential markets for company-owned expansion opportunitiesOptimize cash flow management across corporate and franchised locationsImplement cost control measures and improve operational efficiencyOversee internal controls, compliance with financial regulations, preparation of financial statements, forecasts, audit and tax filingsWhat We Are Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
