Oracle HCM Cloud Oracle Time and Labor and Absence Functional Consultant
with Implementation and Application Support experience. The position's primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and be responsible for successfully implementing Oracle HCM Cloud OTL and Absence modules in Agile mode. This position will be responsible for leading the discussions for the design and development of all the associated components such as Data migration, integrations, and reports for OTL and Absence area.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree8+ years of Information Technology experience4+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – OTL and Absence moduleHands-on experience in working on Oracle Global HR Cloud for USKnowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile modeExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentKnowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycleExperience with Lean / Agile development methodologiesAll applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to applyPreferred Qualifications:8+ years of experience with Implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modulesCandidate should be proficient in all the OTL and Absence ProcessesAbility to lead discussions with customer teams for integrations, data migrations, and reports related to OTL and Absence and other modulesKnowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader.Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teamsExperience managing a team size of 5+ would be a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThe job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
