First and foremost, you’re a production pro with the ability to operate efficiently, ensuring the accuracy of designs in the final stages of development. You’re also able to provide design perspective to help execute creative across a variety of platforms. You’ll work in a wide range of print and digital mediums, that may include advertisements, direct mail, out-of-home, brochures, sales sheets, social media, banner ads, email, landing pages, collateral and corporate guidelines. You will need to be a detail-driven, organized, high-level communicator with a willingness to evolve as technology reshapes our industry.The Production Designer / Studio Designer will handle projects that primarily require the use of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote, and Microsoft Word, through all phases of the design process.What you will do:Assist the Creative Director and Senior Designers in various design tasks, such as developing layouts, templates, resizing or cropping images, retouching, compressing, or converting files across multiple software programs (web/mobile/print).Ability to edit short form videos a plus.Work with stakeholders to interpret and transform raw data into clear and compelling charts, graphs, icons, graphics and other visual representations to convey information in an easily digestible format.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary information, clarify design requirements, and deliver effective solutions.Prepare print-ready files and digital files for delivery.Ensure designs align with client branding guidelines.Perform thorough quality assurance assessments on designs to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines before final delivery.Address client feedback professionally and make necessary revisions to address requested changes.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.What you will need:Self-starting, organized, detail-oriented person with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.3-5 years of experience as a designer.Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) as well as MS PowerPoint and MS Word.Understanding of color management, print quality management and industry standard printing methods.Understanding of digital file development and production.How We’ll Support YouOgilvy celebrates its people.
