Join us!About the RoleAs the Product Asset Class pillar leader, you'll bring together your passion for product, leadership experience, and knowledge of financial markets to bring unique offerings to life (or improve those we have!). You'll work with our global fintech partners to embed our offering into their mobile investment apps, focusing on expanding the DriveWealth asset class offering across equities, mutual funds, fixed income, options, margin, and wealth management.You'll identify and prioritize opportunities to simplify and improve our product suite, design innovative solutions to modernize the trading experience, and work cross-functionally to deliver scalable capabilities - all while ensuring adherence to regulatory and risk management guidelines. You'll quarterback the commercial launch of your products, track adoption and usage, and continue to iterate and improve the asset class offering over time. You'll work closely with our sales and account teams to build relationships with our partners and engineering teams to ensure we deliver value to partners and their users.What You'll DoDefine the asset class strategy and an ambitious product roadmap to deliver value to end users while driving business outcomes for DriveWealth and our partnersManage a team of product owners with functional end-to-end ownership of the equities, mutual funds, fixed income, options, margin, and wealth management solutionsBuild a compelling vision and business case for new product offerings or enhancements to existing offeringsPartner effectively with your design, compliance, brokerage, operations, and engineering team to build, test, and launch productsEnvision and explain how your product can be implemented within our partners' investing apps and used by people to improve their financial livesDeeply understand user needs by spending time with our B2B partners, analyzing data, and utilizing market and user researchDrive Go-To-Market planning and execution to launch your products and drive adoption and usageBe the leading voice of your products with both internal and external stakeholdersFoster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability across your team through clear expectations, performance management, prioritization, and two-way feedbackSee around the corner for risks, obstacles, and opportunities that could amplify or impede your responsibilitiesWhat You'll Need12+ years working in product management within financial servicesDemonstrated experience in bringing asset-class solutions to marketExperience with brokerage technology, including trading, account services, settlement, and clearingDemonstrated experience in defining and delivering a product roadmapAbility to understand complex business problems and break them down into simple solutions that focus on customer and company needsExperience managing API-based products and working with external clients/partners to embed those APIs within their productsA proven track record of delivering high-quality, high-value solutionsAbility to use data and analytics to drive product strategy and decision-makingAn open mind, flexibility around testing new approaches, and the ability to learn from failures and turn them into winsAbility to work from our NYC office three days per weekSeries 24 preferredApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. DriveWealth is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.CompensationCompensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role.
