is recruiting for the following opportunity:Patent Attorney or Patent Agent opportunity to work remotely. Your responsibilities will be dependent upon your legal experience and/or technical background. Responsibilities include:Preparation and prosecution of US patentsStrategic portfolio counselingPatent opinions (validity, infringement, right to use, patentability)Possible PTAB and licensing workDepending on your technical background, you will deal with chemical and/or biological patents.This is also an excellent opportunity within a progressive firm with:Comprehensive client interactionA well-distributed existing client base, comprising a broad spectrum of large and small clientsPremiere work alongside a talented group of peersFlexible hours, client origination incentives, and production incentivesAn existing book is not required, but if you have portables, that would certainly be valued.Requirements:
Minimum Ph.D. in Chemical or Biological sciencesPatent Bar (and State Bar for an associate) are requiredAt least 3 years of solid US patent preparation and prosecution experience in chemistry, biochemistry, and/or biologyRelevant Terms:
