is recruiting for the following opportunity:Patent Attorney or Patent Agent opportunity to work remotely. Your responsibilities will be dependent upon your legal experience and/or technical background. Responsibilities include:Preparation and prosecution of US patentsStrategic portfolio counselingPatent opinions (validity, infringement, right to use, patentability)Possible PTAB and licensing workDepending on your technical background, you will deal with chemical and/or biological patents. This is also an excellent opportunity within a progressive firm with comprehensive client interaction. The existing client base includes a broad spectrum of large and small clients.This is premier work with a talented group of peers, offering flexible hours, client origination incentives, production incentives, and more. An existing book is not required, but if you have portables, that would certainly be valued.Requirements:
Minimum Ph.D. in Chemical or Biological sciencesPatent Bar (and any State Bar for an associate) are requiredMust have at least 3 years of solid US patent preparation and prosecution experience in life sciencesNotes for Potential Candidates:All fees are paid by client firms and companies. We often work on exclusive assignments that are not advertised, and we work directly with decision makers (partners, managing counsels, etc.).You have our express commitment that
