is recruiting for the following opportunity:Patent Attorney or Patent Agent opportunity to work remotely. Your responsibilities will be dependent upon your legal experience and/or technical background, including:Preparation and prosecution of US patentsStrategic portfolio counselingPatent opinions (validity, infringement, right to use, patentability)Possible PTAB and licensing workDepending on your technical background, you will deal with chemical and/or biological patents.This is an excellent opportunity within a progressive firm with comprehensive client interaction. The existing client base is well distributed and includes a broad spectrum of large and small clients.This is premiere work with a talented group of peers, offering flexible hours, client origination incentives, production incentives, and more. An existing book is not required, but if you have portables, that would certainly be valued.Requirements:Minimum Ph.D. in Chemical or Biological sciencesPatent Bar (and State Bar for an associate) are requiredAt least 3 years of solid US patent preparation and prosecution experience in chemistry, biochemistry, and/or biologyAdditional Note:
An existing book is not required, but if you have portables, that would certainly be valued. This firm supports new business development and provides objective compensation for client origination.
