IP RECRUITER GROUP is recruiting for the following opportunity:Patent Attorney or Patent Agent opportunity to work remotely. Your responsibilities will depend upon your legal experience and/or technical background, including:Preparation and prosecution of US patentsStrategic portfolio counselingPatent opinions (validity, infringement, right to use, patentability)Possible PTAB and licensing workDepending on your technical background, you will deal with chemical and/or biological patents. This is an excellent opportunity within a progressive firm, offering comprehensive client interaction. The existing client base is well distributed and includes a broad spectrum of large and small clients.This is premiere work with a talented group of peers, offering flexible hours, client origination incentives, production incentives, and more. An existing book is not required, but if you have portables, that would certainly be valued.Requirements:
Minimum Ph.D. in Chemical or Biological sciencesPatent Bar (and any State Bar for an associate) are requiredMust have at least 3 years of solid US patent preparation and prosecution experience in life sciencesNotes for Potential Candidates:All fees are paid by client firms and companies. We often work on exclusive assignments that are not advertised.
