The AI Strategy Manager is responsible for driving the successful development, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven strategies and processes within the organization. This role serves as a strategic leader, combining expertise in AI technologies with strong business acumen to enhance organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation. The individual will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and continuous improvement of AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:AI Strategy Development: Craft and refine AI strategies aligned with business objectives to drive innovation and competitive advantage.Execution of AI Initiatives: Lead the end-to-end execution of AI projects, ensuring timely delivery and business impact.Process Optimization: Analyze and improve organizational processes through AI-driven insights and automation solutions.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders across the organization to integrate AI technologies into operations and decision-making.AI Technology Roadmap: Define, maintain, and communicate the AI technology roadmap, balancing long-term vision with immediate business needs.Performance Monitoring: Continuously measure the success of AI implementations and processes through predefined KPIs.Training and Enablement: Develop and implement training programs to increase AI literacy and usage among teams.Risk and Compliance Management: Ensure that AI implementations comply with industry standards, ethical guidelines, and legal requirements.KPIs:AI Strategy Impact: % of business objectives met through AI-driven initiatives.Project Delivery Time: On-time completion rate of AI projects.Process Efficiency Gains: Improvement in operational efficiency due to AI-driven process optimizations (e.g., % reduction in manual tasks).Adoption Rate: Rate of adoption of AI tools and technologies across departments.Return on Investment (ROI): ROI generated from AI implementations within the organization.TOP 3-5 DELIVERABLES:Comprehensive AI Strategy Document: A clearly defined AI strategy aligned with company objectives.AI Technology Roadmap: A timeline and plan for AI tool and technology implementation across the organization.AI Project Portfolio: Successful delivery of key AI initiatives that demonstrate measurable business impact.Process Optimization Report: Documentation of improvements made to key organizational processes using AI.AI Training Program: A developed and executed training curriculum to build AI capabilities across teams.REQUIREMENTS

:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).Certifications in AI, machine learning, or data analytics are a plus (e.g., Google AI Certification, AWS Certified Machine Learning).5+ years of experience in AI strategy, machine learning, or process optimization roles.Proven track record in leading AI-driven projects with measurable business results.Strong portfolio of AI implementations in business settings.Demonstrated expertise in driving process improvements using AI tools and technologies.Equal Opportunity EmployerGlobe’s hiring process promotes equal opportunity to applicants.
