$50-$55/hour (W2, depending on experience)Job Summary:The multinational transportation company is seeking a B2B Marketing Budget Manager to oversee the organization’s marketing budget, including creating and monitoring purchase orders, reconciling invoices, and forecasting finances. This role involves managing the budget and ensuring accurate tracking of marketing expenditures. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to resolve billing issues and ensure smooth financial operations for the marketing department.Responsibilities:Own the PO creation intake process, helping to gather necessary PO and SOW details from marketers, and creating POs through Coupa for approval.Own the comprehensive spend tracker, adding each individual PO to a single tracker and ensuring marketers are entering monthly forecasts in a timely manner.Create monthly spend reconciliation process by gathering PO-level spend details from accounting teams and creating summary reports highlighting monthly spend variance and other insights.Act as the single point of contact for all questions from the marketing team related to POs, vendor onboarding, accruals, and spend reconciliations.Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years of budget management experience in large, complex organizations.Strong attention to detail.Proficient in Google Workspace apps (Sheets, Docs, Gmail).Proficient in Coupa or other PO management software.
