The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, a deep understanding of sales strategies and techniques, experience in the B2B SaaS industry, and a strong ability to inspire and motivate a team.Responsibilities:Growing sales volume and increasing sales velocity through business process improvement and funnel optimization for outbound performance.Provide operational support and guidance to sales management ensuring department processes follow internal best practices and function efficiently between other departments.Ownership of sales forecasting and planning, utilizing data to aid in development of outbound sales plans and proactive headcount planning.Being involved in department hiring initiatives including forecasting hiring needs, participating in and/or conducting candidate interviews and providing hiring recommendations.Continue to optimize Outbound sales team & Business Development team to meet sales goals and expectations for outbound activity.Develop and work Enterprise sales strategy.Experienced in lead sourcing strategies to feed both the BDR and Outbound sales team.Develop cadences and scripts to drive outbound opportunity creation.Maintain a strong channel of communication between all Revenue focused teams, ensuring feedback is being handled thoroughly, optimally, and efficiently.Develop and monitor departmental KPIs, bringing forward suggestions and areas for opportunity to C-Level Executives.Establish and maintain departmental training materials and continuous development initiatives, including creating sales pitches/scripts and rebuttals, and working collaboratively with Sales Training Supervisors & Trainers to meet department objectives.Tracking weekly/monthly performance against sales targets and reporting results to C-Level Executives.Act as a mentor/coach for sales initiatives.Coordinating with post-sale support teams (including Onboarding, Customer Excellence and Customer Success) to deliver outstanding customer experience.Developing the capabilities of the WellnessLiving outbound sales team through motivation, counseling, sales training, and product knowledge education.Regularly participate in customer interactions-de-escalating conflicts with irate customers, closing deals, avoiding churn, improve retention and presentations to larger enterprise accounts.Promoting sales efforts amongst the sales staff, identifying areas of opportunity, and being present on meetings with prospective customers, where applicable.Skills & Qualifications:7-10 years of experience leading outbound sales teams, preferably in a SMB B2B environment.Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective SMB outbound sales strategies across multiple channels.Knowledge of the industry, market trends and competitors.Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions and organizational needs.Strategic mindset with the ability to align outbound sales efforts with overall business objectives.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and use insights to refine outbound strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey value propositions to potential clients.Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce HVS, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo) and other sales-related technologies.Bachelor’s degree, with related experience in SaaS industry.Please note that those who meet the qualifications for the position will be contacted directly.We appreciate you taking the time and look forward to reviewing your application.WellnessLiving is an equal opportunity employer.
