Our commitment to excellence can be seen in all aspects of our business.About You:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, a deep understanding of sales strategies and techniques, experience in the B2B SaaS industry, and a strong ability to inspire and motivate a team.Responsibilities:Growing sales volume and increasing sales velocity through business process improvement and funnel optimization for outbound performance.Provide operational support and guidance to sales management ensuring department processes follow internal best practices.Ownership of sales forecasting and planning, utilizing data to aid in development of outbound sales plans.Being involved in department hiring initiatives including forecasting hiring needs and conducting candidate interviews.Continue to optimize Outbound sales team & Business Development team to meet sales goals.Develop and work on Enterprise sales strategy.Experienced in lead sourcing strategies to feed both the BDR and Outbound sales team.Develop cadences and scripts to drive outbound opportunity creation.Maintain strong communication between all Revenue focused teams.Develop and monitor departmental KPIs, bringing forward suggestions to C-Level Executives.Establish and maintain departmental training materials and continuous development initiatives.Tracking performance against sales targets and reporting results to C-Level Executives.Act as a mentor/coach for sales initiatives.Coordinating with post-sale support teams to deliver outstanding customer experience.Developing the capabilities of the outbound sales team through motivation, counseling, and training.Regularly participate in customer interactions and presentations to larger enterprise accounts.Skills & Qualifications:7-10 years of experience leading outbound sales teams, preferably in a SMB B2B environment.Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective SMB outbound sales strategies.Knowledge of the industry, market trends and competitors.Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership and management skills.Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions.Strategic mindset with the ability to align outbound sales efforts with business objectives.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales-related technologies.Bachelor’s degree, with related experience in SaaS industry.Please note that those who meet the qualifications for the position will be contacted directly.We appreciate you taking the time and look forward to reviewing your application.WellnessLiving is an equal opportunity employer.
