The ideal candidate will have a strong background in criminal defense law, be fluent in Spanish, and be a member of the Florida State Bar. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.Responsibilities:
Represent clients in criminal defense cases, including misdemeanors and feloniesConduct legal research and prepare legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, and briefsNegotiate plea bargains and settlements with prosecutorsAttend court hearings and trials to advocate for clientsProvide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the legal processBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, judges, and other legal professionalsStay up-to-date with changes in criminal law and legal precedentsWork collaboratively with other attorneys and legal staff to provide the best possible legal representation to clientsQualifications:
