This role is an individual contributor under the corporate accounting team.About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Payroll Manager who is passionate about the end-to-end ownership of payroll processes, tax, compliance, and accounting. The ideal candidate will have a prior history of owning all aspects of payroll processes in a dynamic fast-growth environment.Your ImpactFull ownership of payroll processes and payroll accountingEnsure regulatory compliance with all federal, state, local, and international payroll regulations and tax filing requirementsAccurate payroll processing of employee pay, deductions, taxes, and one-time payments (bonuses, commissions, reimbursements, etc)Serve as a main point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries, issues, and new initiativesWhat You Bring7+ years of payroll management experienceProficient with multistate and global payroll processesStrong understanding of payroll accounting, including journal entries and reconciliationsProficiency with Workday and ADPExcellent communication skills and ability to partner effectively across functions and levels throughout the companyStrong attention to detail and accuracy, coupled with a big-picture strategic understandingAbility to manage ambiguity, and multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentHands-on, “Roll-up the sleeves” approach to accomplishing all necessary tasksExperience in handling confidential business matters and information with discretionNice to HavesWorking knowledge of NetSuiteBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fieldCPP or other payroll professional certifications designation preferred, but not requiredCPA designation preferred, but not requiredWhat We Offer️Flexible PTO
