!Do you bring at least 1+ year of successful commercial construction experience in a design-build environment? Do you enjoy working in a fast, fun, inclusive and collaborative workspace? If this describes you, we encourage you to apply today.Some things you can expect to do:Develop a working understanding of budgets, schedules, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, change orders and other management toolsSupport Project Managers and Superintendents with various project related tasksHelp generate Requests for Information (RFIs) and track approvalsMonitor and maintain shop drawing log and shop drawing coordinationAssume responsibility and communicate effectively with all internal and external customersMay have more involvement in entire job cycle on selected projects under supervisionJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management or related field1+ year of experience in commercial constructionWillingness to travel as needed to execute projectsYou will really stand out if you:Have general knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control and material pricingRead and understand engineering drawings, purchase orders, contracts, and cost coding systemsExperience in Construction Management Software (i.e. Procore)Design-build commercial construction experiencePositions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S.Compensation:The annual base pay is $ 58,600 - $73,250 . The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities.
