Backed by private equity, we are seeking a seasoned Vice President of Operations (Head of Operations) to play a key role in driving operational excellence and shaping the future of our franchised brand.Position Overview:As the Head of Operations you will be a crucial member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational aspects of our franchised locations. Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company's goals and drive excellence across all franchised locations.Franchise Performance:
Collaborate with franchisees to ensure adherence to brand standards, operational guidelines, and the delivery of a consistent and high-quality guest experience.Financial Management:
Work closely with the finance team to manage operational budgets, control costs, and drive financial performance across all locations.Food and Beverage Excellence:
Oversee food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards in quality, service, and profitability.Guest Experience:
Champion a culture of exceptional customer service, implementing initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience.Expansion and Development:
Partner with the executive team to drive franchise expansion strategies, new location development, and acquisitions.Supply Chain and Procurement:
Manage relationships with suppliers and oversee supply chain logistics to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.Team Leadership:
Build and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Private Equity Collaboration:
Collaborate with private equity partners, providing regular updates, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Qualifications:Proven experience as a senior operations leadership role, preferably in the family entertainment or hospitality industry.Demonstrated success in overseeing multi-unit operations and franchise management.Financial acumen and experience working with private equity partners.Strong leadership and team-building skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations within the entertainment sector.Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
