AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a Litigation Of Counsel to join our team in New York. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product liability and/or complex commercial litigation, preferably gained at an AmLaw 100 firm. Candidate will possess superior research, analytical, and writing skills, with a science background (MD, MPH, PharmD, Epidemiology). Experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry is a plus. The Litigation Of Counsel will be responsible for providing high-quality legal representation, engaging in effective communication with clients and colleagues, and managing various tasks within the litigation process.Education Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD)Strong academic credentials from nationally recognized institutionsMD, MPH, PharmD, or a degree in Epidemiology is required.Bar Admission
Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where you are applyingCandidates licensed to practice law in New York are particularly encouraged to applyResponsibilities
Direct communication with clients to provide legal counsel and updatesSupervision and mentoring of associate attorneysCollaboration with expert witnessesAssistance with fact development and conducting depositionsReviewing and drafting discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memorandaContributing to the development of case strategyExperience Requirements

In compliance with Pay Transparency Laws in California, New York, Washington DC, and Washington, the pay range for this position is $400,000-$550,000 annually. The final compensation package will depend on factors such as geographic location, skills, educational background, professional experience, and overall qualifications.
