Contract Duration:
6 months + potential to extend/convertWorksite Location:
Plymouth, MNWhat you'll do as a Market Development Specialist:
Project manage dealer terminations from beginning to end, with extreme attention to detailEnsure daily and weekly progress on all open termination tasksDrive completion of terminations in 60 days or lessContact dealerships via phone weekly, updating them on their termination statusEvaluate and ensure compliance to state law requirementsPartner closely with internal and external corporate counsel to draft legal lettersOwn and enforce the Minimum Advertised Price policy, ensuring compliance to the policy across our 1300+ dealershipsProject manage ongoing Market Development team objectivesManage the Channel Development Inbox and Become a Dealer Inquiry InboxExecute a thorough and comprehensive understanding of diverse powersports business models & metricsMaintain Electronic filing and records management system and other workflow proceduresOrchestrate dealer signage order processes, ensuring signage orders are correct and managing/optimizing the relationship with our signage vendorWhat you'll bring to the Market Development Specialist role:
Bachelor's Degree required in business or an equivalent field, with an emphasis in Sales or Marketing5+ years of relevant sales, account management, or customer service experienceHighly organized with attention to detail, self-directed business style, and strong ability to prioritizeExcellent telephone and e-mail skillsStrong negotiating skills and innate ability to overcome objectionsSelf-confidence, thick skin, and proven track record of success managing highly contentious situations and projectsStrong reading comprehension and proficiency in dealing with motor vehicle-related legal terminology and conceptsStrong computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelTake the first step on your new career path!
