Archer Certified Administrator to collaborate and support the Integrated Risk Management system for Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) for security for a global company.Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position and provides best practicing sharing within work group.Responsible for and authorized to manage the IT portion of a project.
Responsibilities: Provide Leadership to all IT related aspects of the project. Integration (Planning) Management, Global alignment, Provide Scope, Cost and Resource Management for the project.
Time Management, Resource planning, Quality Management, Communications Management, Risk Management and Procurement Management. Be objective in setting and assessing work, ensuring team buy-in.
Key Shared Accountabilities
Configure Archer to meet project requirements. Admin Skills should include User Interface, Troubleshooting, Configuration, Data Feed/Imports, Maintenance, Permissions security, Service Manager and JIRA updates.Develop standard Archer requirements document for end user and tools team to utilize through the design, build, testing and implementation process.Enhance user experience per requirements and provide navigation training as needed.Archer Design Dashboard/iView/Reports per business area requirements.Ability to learn and manage 3M internal services like CyberArk and Active Directory Group management that support Archer program, including password changes for servers.
Position Qualifications
Archer Certified Administrator (Specialist or Expert) with at least 3 years of experience.Program and Project management experience.Strong leadership and collaboration skills.Excellent Problem-Solving skills in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) space and experience with all Archer Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Solutions/Use Cases/Applications.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex tasks and resolve in an efficient manner.
