What's the Opportunity?Anchor QEA is seeking to hire a diligent and accurate Payroll Specialist to support our payroll function. You will be assisting with data capturing and administrative tasks in the payroll process and must ensure that all payroll-related tasks are performed timely. Our payroll team works with professional HR practitioners, and your success in the role will contribute directly to maintaining a productive organization.A Payroll Specialist runs the administrative and clerical tasks of the payroll function and ensures that employees are paid correctly and on time. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the role demands attention to detail, comfort with tight deadlines, and a commitment to complete accuracy.Your responsibilities as a Payroll Specialist will include but are not limited to:Audit timesheetsProcess payroll from end to endPost payroll GL tasksHelping staff with payroll queries

What Are We Looking For?Ideal candidates will have the following:Associates degree2 years of end to end payroll processing in multi-state environmentsExcellent attention to detailVerbal and written communicationMultitasking abilitiesGood research and analysis skillsAbility to work under deadline pressureHelpful and supportive demeanor
