Industry Financial Services Why This Role is Exciting We are seeking an experienced professional for the pivotal role of Managing Director in our Debt and Equity Capital Markets team. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of our capital markets practice by executing assignments and driving innovative financing solutions that reflect client objectives and market dynamics. Key Responsibilities: Client advisory and relationship management Transaction and deal management Network development and capital structuring Conducting financial analysis and modeling Driving deal origination efforts Market research and competitive analysis Leadership and mentorship for junior team members Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess: A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a related field At least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate capital markets A deep understanding of capital markets, financing structures, and complex real estate underwriting Strong skills in deal origination and negotiation Exceptional communication and presentation abilities A high degree of financial acumen This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, manage multiple transactions simultaneously, and maintain an established network of relationships with capital providers, real estate owners, and sponsors.
