This is an exciting opportunity to shape the financing strategy for our multi-billion-dollar investment platform while collaborating with various teams, including acquisitions, development, and asset management. The key responsibilities for this role include: Leading all capital markets and financing activities. Managing and nurturing relationships with lenders. Providing strategic insights on interest rate hedging. Staying informed on market trends and dynamics. Presenting to stakeholders and contributing to business development initiatives. To be successful in this role, candidates should possess: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an MBA or CFA is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, debt capital markets, or investment banking. A strong track record of executing debt financing transactions for commercial real estate projects. In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate debt instruments, market dynamics, and regulations. Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. A professional demeanor, high integrity, attention to detail, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Travel requirements are minimal, at less than 10%.
