Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Capital Markets, Debt include leading all capital markets and financing activities, managing lender relationships, providing strategic guidance on interest rate hedging, and staying abreast of market trends. The successful candidate will be expected to present to stakeholders, collaborate across departments, and contribute to the business development of the company. Applicants for the Vice President of Capital Markets, Debt position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or CFA being preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, debt capital markets, or investment banking is required, along with a proven track record in leading and executing debt financing transactions for commercial real estate projects.
