Payroll/HRIS Director

Payroll/HRIS Director
opportunity is a
permanent opportunity , with a
hybrid schedule!
Responsibilities:Direct and manage all aspects of payroll processing and compliance including processing semi-monthly, bi-monthly, and weekly payroll cycles and resolving discrepancies.Manage payroll data within the HRIS platform including salary adjustments, bonuses, and terminations.Develop and execute HRIS and payroll functions including leading the evaluation and improvement of system functionality.HRIS management including configuring system settings, managing user roles and security, and ensuring data integrity.Lead efforts to integrate new HRIS functions into the company that supports the company's HR strategy.Lead HRIS and payroll projects including system upgrades, integrations, and implementations.Oversee development and execution of training programs for HRIS and Payroll system users.Oversee the garnishment process.Serve as the liaison between the organization and the 401k provider, ensuring accurate deduction entries and compliance.Assist in new hire onboarding for the HRIS and Payroll function.Qualifications:8+ years of experience in payroll and HRIS management required.Extensive experience with payroll processing, HRIS management, and integration of employees through mergers and acquisitions.Certified Payroll Professional certification (or significant progress towards completion) required.Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field required.Paylocity experience is ideal, also open to strong HRIS experience throughout career.Experience working with mergers and acquisitions or benefits is a plus.Ability to manage complex HRIS and payroll projects.Seeking candidates with strong tenure.Job Title:
