Staffing Coordinator. Duties Include: Coordinate & plan staff schedules, taking staff needs into consideration. Coordinating all staffing requirements in the Facility and Clinics. Patiently deal with last minute changes in scheduling. Deal with staff call-outs appropriately by following proper protocol. Assist with recruitment needs by advising HR of open positions. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements Include: Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Background & experience in staffing preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology a plus. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills are required. Candidates should be highly organized, professional & motivated. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask & prioritize.
