Job Description: As a Lead Account Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting new partners, promoting the benefits of the channel program, and building strategic relationships with new and prospective partners. Develops the alliance partners to successfully promote and sell their wireline/wireless solution/application (which includes AT&T wireless data service). Key Responsibilities: Recruit Key Strategic Partners to drive growth through new Channel. Develop and determine opportunity size of key partnerships. Potentially strong financial acumen if selling to a particular vertical. Identifies and supports the dealer by analyzing work to resolve challenges that may hinder the success of the channel partners. Collaborate and attend partner briefing meetings, create, and deliver training materials. Coordinate activities to meet sales objectives and provide status and custom reports as required with peers and senior management, cross-functionally managing all issues to resolution. Determine when to bring internal support resources to the partner/dealer that will support them in the selling process. Develop highly complex structured business planning, partner funnel and forecasting, product and system training, operational support. Work independently or in a team selling environment. Duties directly related to making sales include: Meeting with customers and engaging in sales activities at the customer's site; communicating with customers via phone, teleconference, e-mail, etc. related to proposed solutions/sales; traveling to and from the customer's premise for the purpose of engaging in sales activities; providing subject matter expertise regarding technical issues relating to sales; advising customers on suitability of products based on technical needs; preparing proposals, presentations, or bids, including developing pricing, developing strategic plans related to the customer and the proposed solutions/sales; researching and developing customer solutions with AT&T external partners, including design and engineering; and researching customer business and industry to identify new sales opportunities. Education: Requires a Bachelors degree. Required Experience: Requires 8 to 12 years of direct work experience. Prior Indirect Channel Experience. Wireline Sales Expert. Mobility Sales Expert. Funnel Management & sales results delivery through managed relationships/Solution Providers. Our Lead Account Manager earn a base salary between $105,400 - $158,000 commission with a total target compensation of $162,100 $214,700.
