Required: Hyland OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA)Required: Hyland OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA)Position Overview:The Hyland OnBase Systems Administrator will support implementing and maintaining OnBase solutions. This mostly remote position requires the candidate to be within the Greater Harrisburg/Mechanicsburg/Central PA area and involves managing the OnBase infrastructure, providing technical support, performing software upgrades, and optimizing system performance.

The role includes collaborating with IT staff, addressing live production issues, and offering off-hours support as needed.

Provide technical support to end users in a timely fashionWork as a team member with additional System Administrators, Project Manager, Business AnalystsPrioritize daily tasks, live production issues, projects, and customer supportReview current processes, hardware, and software to ensure resources are functionally properly and efficiently. Validate technical specifications and infrastructure requirements.Assist with planning, setup and configuration of the infrastructure architecture, server hardware and operating systems as requiredReview available software maintenance/upgrades, plan for and perform software maintenance and upgrades as required during scheduled, off-hours maintenance windowsDesign, develop, test, and migrate new project solutions or enhancements to existing solutions across SIT, UAT, Production environmentsDocument, evaluate, prioritize, and resolve defectsRespond to and resolve issues reported during normal business operational hours and off-hoursMonitor operations and capacity to ensure optimum performanceCreate documentation of system changes or existing processes and distribute to appropriate partiesWork with OnBase Support Vendor for technical support as neededAssist with discovery and documentation of business requirements for new OnBase solutionsAssist with training identified subject matter expertsCommunicate system downtime and project deployments with business owners and end usersUnderstand, maintain and enhance external integrations within OnBase
