Radiology Full Time 82399BR Job Summary The Radiology Postgraduate Education Committee is responsible for the development, planning and implementation of the Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs for the department. The program offers live destination courses, hybrid, online, and an array of enduring material offerings and more than 20 self-study applications. The office liaisons with the School of Medicine's Office of Continuing Medical Education (OCME) for the purposes of accreditation and registration services.
The Events and Outreach Financial Analyst is responsible for a budget of $2.5 million.
In addition, the position will oversee the Margulis Alumni Society funds, manage the Chair driven departmental events (conferences, department gatherings, society alumni gatherings), and work with department committees and the Director of Communications on philanthropic outreach activities.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $71,000 - $116,700 (Annual Rate). Lead Imaging Innovation to Improve Health . The Department's mission includes patient care in ten subspecialties; teaching programs for graduate students, residents, and fellows; and basic, clinical, and translational research. The Department is growing and operates across multiple sites in San Francisco and several in the East Bay. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or in related field and or equivalent experience/training. Minimum of 3 years of related experience Thorough knowledge of financial processes, policies and procedures. Thorough knowledge of financial data management and reporting systems. Strong proficiency in the use of spreadsheet and database software. Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, service orientation, active listening, critical thinking, attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a high volume environment, organizational skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, sound judgment and decision making; ability to develop original ideas to solve problems. Ability to function effectively as a member of a team. Ability to adapt to changing priorities. Thorough knowledge and understanding of internal control practices and their impact on protecting University resources. Leadership skills to provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to professional and support staff.
