https://careers.temple.edu/sites/careers/files/documents/T_Salary_Structure.pdfJob Summary:Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Digital Transformation and Innovation, the CRM Systems Specialist is responsible for managing and developing business process improvement related to the functionality of the College of Education and Human Development admissions CRM system and related customer relationship and data management systems. The qualified candidate will be responsible for the continued technical development and implementation of the CRM system for the College of Education and Human Development. This position will actively enhance the strategic use of the CRM and related systems to support college enrollment goals and priorities by developing new and enhanced system functionality.In close collaboration with the college's Office of Enrollment Management, the CRM Specialist maintains the installation, configuration, and support of the customer relationship management (CRM) software and related systems through enrollment management best practices. This person will analyze and resolve CRM program issues promptly and accurately and be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting and monitoring data quality and integrity. The CRM Specialist will also apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist the user groups on issues related to the design, development, deployment, and identification of ways to utilize CRM software critical to enrollment operations fully. The incumbent will collaborate with the university CRM team to identify and implement technical solutions, complete multiple rounds of testing and verification in development and preproduction environments, and successfully move final changes to production.

The CRM specialist will adopt a continuous improvement approach and conduct ongoing work to enhance functionality after implementation by identifying and developing new workflows, views, dashboards, reports, campaigns, application and console form changes. The CRM Systems Specialist will create system documentation and training materials, conduct training for system users, and provide first-level support for CEHD faculty, staff, and prospective students using the CRM. Performs other duties as assigned.Required Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in management information systems, customer relationship management, statistics, social sciencesMinimum of 3 years of direct experience developing and implementing business processes using a Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) system, including demonstrated success in developing new business solutions to increase efficiency and applicant satisfaction. Minimum one year experience in database analysis, reporting, and development of analytical reports. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.PreferredPrevious experience working in Higher Education.Required Skills & Abilities:Have admissions experience and understand all facets of the enrollment cycle and funnelHave excellent business analysis and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and adhere to a time-sensitive schedule.Demonstrated experience working in a team environment and ability to manage projects from inception to implementation.Have proven customer service orientation and the ability to work well and engage others, including experience providing positive end-user support.Possess creativity, initiative, and enthusiasm about the CRM system's importance and possibilities.Excellent oral and written communication skillsInitiative and ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.(strongly preferred) Experience in an admissions setting in Higher Education and/or a professional school.Demonstrated experience developing and supporting Slate, Microsoft CRM Recruit, and/or experience with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment.Direct experience with a higher education ERP system (Banner/Colleague).Experience developing and supporting communication campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing communication management systems.Experience using Microsoft PowerBI to create dashboards and other data visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.Experience designing and delivering end-user training.
