Objective
Execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for open positions, ensuring a fit with organizational culture and requirements.
Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing and Screening
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates. Review resumes and applications and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements. Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate and schedule interviews. Hiring Manager Partnership
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and candidate selection. Communicate regularly with hiring managers to provide updates on candidate pipelines, interview outcomes, and recruitment status. Candidate Experience
Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback. Team Collaboration
Support the talent acquisition team with special projects and initiatives as needed. Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) is a plus. Understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Communication, networking and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and organized with attention to detail.
