Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Generalist. The HR Generalist will oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources Department and will manage a wide range of tasks, covering many aspects of day-to-day HR processes, including employee relations, onboarding, data entry HRIS system updates, leaves, benefits, report generation, and compliance. This position will be onsite.
Local candidates are preferred.
QualificationsMinimum of bachelors in human resources, business administration, or related field requiredAt least four years of proven experience as a human resources generalist or similar roleThorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulationsMust Speak/Write Fluent Spanish and English.Preferred to be from the Victoria, TX RegionExperience working in an industrial setting is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systemsPHR, SPHR, SHRM or other HR certifications.
