Network Engineer

Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years
Responsibilities: Assists in design, development, implementation, and analysis of technical products and systems. Performs simple and routine engineering design tasks with standard techniques. Perform testing and diagnostic procedures on equipment according to published equipment standards with support. Perform monitoring of vendor activities, and remote monitoring of other teleports when necessary Monitor service level and take appropriate action to maintain. Receiving and managing trouble tickets for Ericsson Radios and RF Antenna Systems by logging them into a ticketing system, prioritizing issues, troubleshooting problems, providing solutions, escalating complex issues to relevant teams, and ensuring timely resolution while maintaining clear communication with Field Engineers, General Contractors and the Centralized Team throughout the process. Ordering replacement Radios. Track the shipment and ensure the General Contractor completes the Repair and returns the faulty radio within the time allowed.
Must Have Skills:
Organizational skill to manage large amounts of records. Excel. RMA processes.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of tools used a plus: WB360, IOP, ENM, RTT, SEVONE, IRIS VIEW, AIR WAVE.
Education:
High School education
