Job Summary:Our client is local to Kansas City, MO and is a full-service architecture firm providing innovative design solutions for the real world; specializing in the retail, mixed-use, office, restaurant and hospitality markets. The Project Manager is responsible for exercising independent judgment in evaluating, selecting, and applying standard techniques. This role actively oversees and manages daily tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of work using company systems such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.Project Manager Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required.8-12 years of professional experience.Architectural license prefered.
Project Manager Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, material application, and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness.Experience in relative project types prefered but not required.Advanced knowledge of architectural building systems.Advanced knowledge of building codes and ability to research and apply/incorporate into technical documents.Proficiency in Revit required.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
Leads team in planning work and developing solutions to technical and design detail problemsEstablish, maintain, and adhere to project budget and schedule.Prepares client presentations and presents design concepts and drawings.Ensures that construction detail documentation conforms to quality assurance and best practice standards.Communicates with client representatives to verify design requirements and specifications, progress reviews and delivery of final presentation.Mentors and directs the work of less experienced staff and professionals.
Project Manager Compensation:
Negotiable depending upon experience.Excellent benefits package (401k, Health, Dental, profit sharing, employee stock ownership).
