Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist with a focus on Performance Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing performance management systems and processes that align with Richcroft's goals and objectives. This role will have a large focus on collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and execute strategies for enhancing employee performance, productivity, and engagement.
Responsibilities:Design and implement effective performance management systems, policies, and procedures that support organizational objectives and work with the Employee Relations HR Generalist to drive employee development.Develop and administer performance appraisal processes, including setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to employees and managers.Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to establish performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business goals and priorities.Provide training and support to managers and employees on performance management system and best practices, including goal setting, feedback delivery, and performance improvement planning.Analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address performance gaps.Ensure fairness and consistency in performance evaluations and ratings across the organization.Partner with HR Generalist and Talent Manager to integrate performance management processes with talent development, succession planning, and recruitment initiatives.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in performance management and recommend innovative solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.Conduct regular reviews and audits of performance management systems to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Serve as a liaison to senior leadership on performance management issues, providing insights and recommendations for driving continuous improvement and achieving business objectives.Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on performance management, talent management, or organizational development.Proven track record of designing and implementing performance management programs that drive employee engagement, productivity, and retention.Strong understanding of performance management principles, methodologies, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and use data to make informed decisions and recommendations.Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade others, particularly in challenging or sensitive situations.Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and performance management software tools; experience with Ceridian Dayforce, a plus.Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee information.Knowledge in other areas of Human Resources, such as benefits, recruiting, employee relations, training and development, a plus.Must have the ability to interpret laws and policies, make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using judgment that is consistent with organization standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations or government law.In-depth working knowledge with MS Office Suite.
