Job Description
Develop and execute sourcing strategies
for Electrical and Electrification components to align with business goals and drive cost savings. Lead supplier negotiations
to secure favorable contracts and optimize supply chain performance. Support contract finalization
with Electrical Suppliers at all steps such as NDA, Co-Development, Co-Design and eventual Supply Agreement Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and product requirements
to recommend the best sourcing approaches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams
including engineering, operations, and finance to identify sourcing needs and opportunities. Manage supplier relationships
to ensure quality, delivery, and compliance with contractual terms. Monitor and track procurement performance metrics
to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies. Ensure alignment with corporate sustainability and compliance standards
in sourcing decisions. Provide regular progress updates
