Our Business Development Representative (BDR) role is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door of Technical Sales. We have a thorough training program for the success of our SDRs and are always looking to internally promote our rockstars into other roles.What You Will do
Complete at least 70 dials daily and respond promptly to incoming phone calls and emails
Learn our strategy, vision, mission, values, and products
Work as part of a team to support Account Executives in prospecting and building a pipeline of qualified leads
Set at least 1.5 product demonstrations (on average per day) with an average show rate of 66%
Master the company's telephone systems, email, and other toolsWho You Are
Natural networker and relationship builder
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Not afraid to pick up a phone and call a stranger!
Ambitious and Self-MotivatedWhat You Have
Minimum 1-2 years of prior sales or client facing experience
Experience with Salesforce or Outreach would be an asset
2+ years of B2B Sales experience in a quota driven environment (Nice to have)What NEOGOV Offers
