Join the team as a Branch Manager and lead the way in providing exceptional customer service, managing branch finances, and fostering team growth. You will be responsible for developing high-value client relationships, ensuring compliance, and driving business opportunities that align with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to enhance profitability and promote banking products. Collaborate with partners to grow the business and achieve branch goals. Set strategic direction, ensuring branch performance, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth. Represent the branch in community events to enhance the Bank's reputation and meet CRA goals. Lead and mentor team members, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback. Oversee branch operations, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and safety protocols. Manage recruitment, staff development, and performance reviews. Maintain high operational standards while ensuring profitability and achieving goals. Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication skills (English/Spanish preferred). In-depth knowledge of banking operations and regulations. Proven leadership and supervisory experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic PC skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Requirements:

A B.S. or B.A. in Business or related field. Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in banking.
