Volt is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator for an immediate opening in downtown San Diego, CA.
As a Recruiting Coordinator you will:
Assisting the Talent Acquisition team in the maintenance of all pre-hire employee personnel files and records ensuring timely and accurate data entry for applicant tracking and audits.Creating and distributing employment-related correspondence, including interview scheduling, applications, forms, offer letters, travel reimbursement and orientation materials; initiating and monitoring background screening and medical processes.Position is 6 months temp with possibility of being extended. Must be able to work 5 days onsite at the downtown San Diego facility. May have possibility of going hybrid in future.
The ideal candidate will have:
6 months or more of HR or Recruiting Coordinating or HR Admin experienceExcellent communication skillsProficiency using MS Office
Pay Rate:
$24-26.91/hr
** Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
