Job Description
Project Planning : Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Team Coordination : Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration among all stakeholders, including subcontractors and suppliers. Budget Management : Monitor project expenses, manage budgets, and prepare financial reports to ensure projects remain within financial targets. Quality Assurance : Ensure all work meets design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements through regular inspections and assessments. Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns. Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Schedule Management : Maintain and update project schedules, adjusting timelines as necessary to accommodate changes or delays. Problem-Solving : Address challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
