Job Description
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, stakeholders, and vendors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges. Facilitate regular communication and reporting with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and milestones. Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including project plans, meeting notes, and reports. Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement, conducting post-project reviews to capture lessons learned.
