Job Description
Project Coordination:
Assist in the planning and execution of mixed commercial construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Resource Management:
Help coordinate the allocation of materials, labor, and equipment to optimize project efficiency. Schedule Monitoring:
Track project schedules and milestones, providing regular updates to the Project Manager and addressing any delays. Communication:
Act as a liaison between project teams, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate effective communication and resolve issues. Quality Assurance:
Support quality control efforts by conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Budget Tracking:
Assist in monitoring project expenses, preparing cost reports, and ensuring adherence to budgets. Documentation:
Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, and meeting notes for reference and compliance.
