Job Description

Project Coordination:

Assist in the planning and execution of K-12 construction projects, ensuring they meet educational standards and timelines. Resource Management:

Help coordinate the allocation of materials, labor, and equipment to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness. Schedule Monitoring:

Track project schedules and milestones, providing regular updates to the Project Manager and addressing any potential delays. Communication:

Serve as a liaison between project teams, school administrators, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate effective communication and resolve issues. Quality Assurance:

Support quality control efforts by conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations. Budget Tracking:

Assist in monitoring project expenses, preparing cost reports, and ensuring adherence to established budgets. Documentation:

Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, and meeting notes for reference and compliance. The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate for the Assistant Project Manager - K-12 position will have experience in construction project management, particularly in educational facilities. They will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, a solid understanding of construction processes and budgeting, and be proactive in problem-solving, with proficiency in project management software.
