Territory Manager/Outside Sales Representative - HVAC Industry
ITAC Solutions is seeking an experienced Territory Manager/Outside Sales Representative to join our client's team and drive business growth in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will thrive in an outside sales role, focusing on meeting clients face-to-face, identifying growth opportunities, and building lasting relationships. This is a field-based position requiring significant travel within the assigned territory (Tampa, FL).

What you'll be doing (duties of this position):
Inherit an established book of business while developing new sales opportunities.Meet with customers and prospects on-site, building strong relationships and identifying business growth opportunitiesMaintain a high level of product and market knowledge, particularly in the HVAC sector, to effectively promote and sell our services.Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.Provide feedback to management on customer needs, competition, and market trends.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.What you'll need to be considered (requirements):
HVAC Industry experienceOutside sales/business development experienceComfortable with daily travel within the assigned territory.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.INDCSV
