Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, driven and proactive Corporate Communications Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic communications team. This role is pivotal in supporting our corporate initiatives and events, managing projects across the team, and enhancing our overall communications strategy execution for external and internal communications.
The salary range for this position is $56,000 - $83,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Project Management: Help manage corporate communications team projects from start to end, ensuring timely execution and alignment with project goals and company objectives.
- Coordination Support: Assist in the planning and coordination of major company initiatives and events, community affairs outreach, and additional team initiatives, serving as a key support contact for the team.
- Graphic and Creative Requests: Act as a primary point of contact for corporate communications on our visual identity, working in close partnership with Integrated Marketing Team to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Media Relations Support: Maintain and update media lists and editorial calendars; pitch stories and build relationships with media contacts; assist in proactive identification of stories to be part of, awards the company should submit for and ways to differentiative our company to external stakeholders.
- Agency Collaboration: Work closely with external agencies to support campaign execution and maintain consistent messaging.
- Executive Communications: Support the development of executive communications materials, including speeches, presentations, social media posts and internal communications.
- Strategic Planning Support: Play a key role in driving forward planning process with corporate communication to develop and execute strategic communications plans that enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
- Social Media Coordination: Manage and curate content for corporate LinkedIn and collaborate with Digital Marketing team to ensure corporate storytelling is represented on all appropriate social channels.
- Digital Content Support: Help develop and distributed content to our associates to keep them informed and engaged.
- KPI Measurement and Tracking: Measure and track communications efforts against established KPIs, helping team to provide regular reports and insights that show progress and assess effectiveness to inform future strategies.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, and 2-3 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
Strong social media skills and experience with content creation for various platforms.
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings. May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
