As an

IT Service Center Technician II

on our Technology Service and Support team, you will be the first point of contact for our employees, retirees, vendors, applicants, and other external customers regarding Information Technology-related questions and issues. In addition to IT, this role provides basic level support for Human Resources, Safety and Health, Security, and Benefits-related questions. The work that you will do impacts the success of our team and entire IT Division.

How Will You Make an Impact?Analyzing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to the Common Operating Environment (COE) and over 700 applicationsGathering detailed information from users to classify and assign ServiceNow cases to Level 2 personnel when applicableProvisioning and deprovisioning hardware for employees and contractors, including iPhones, iPads, laptops, and desktopsInstalling, configuring, and updating or upgrading software as neededWho You Are

Demonstrated experience with hardware provisioning and deprovisioning, and basic software installation and configurationProficiency with using ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system is valuedFamiliarity with COE and enterprise applications is valuedCompetencies and abilities critical for success include communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and the ability to perform work independently
