Join Our Exciting Expansion Pella is seeking a dedicated and skilled Window Installation Manager to lead our installation teams in Salt Lake City as we grow our presence in this vibrant market. This management position is crucial for ensuring the effective and efficient operations of our installation crews, delivering exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Supervision of Install Crews : Oversee daily operations of installation teams to ensure timely and quality project completion. Coaching and Process Improvement : Continuously coach employees and enhance processes to maximize installation schedules and efficiency. Quality Control : Conduct job-site inspections to maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Safety Compliance : Monitor safety practices and provide training to staff, fostering a culture of safety and accountability. Qualifications: Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and management abilities to inspire and guide installation teams. Construction Expertise : Exceptional carpentry and construction skills, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Computer Proficiency : Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email for effective communication and record-keeping. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating diplomacy and professionalism when working with team members and customers. Organizational Skills : Methodical and organized approach to record-keeping and reporting. Ideal candidates will have previous window installation experience Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, climb, and use hands regularly, with occasional kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Ability to lift and/or move up to 75-100 pounds. Exposure to outside weather conditions as part of job responsibilities.
