We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Recruiter to join our growing team. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity to start a career in IT and/or Life Sciences recruiting. As a Junior Recruiter, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle, learning how to source, screen, and place candidates successfully. Your drive to succeed, eagerness to learn, and interest in building relationships will be essential in helping us grow. This is a commission-based role that also offers performance-based incentives. Responsibilities: Collaborate with account managers, lead recruiters, and senior stakeholders to understand industry and job requirements. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract highly skilled professionals through various channels, including LinkedIn, other job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume review, candidate interviews, coordination of technical assessments, interview prep calls, and reference checks. Manage candidate information in the applicant tracking system and maintain organized records. Build and maintain a professional network for future opportunities in IT and Life Sciences fields. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to effectively align talent acquisition strategies with organizational needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Interest in recruitment and/or experience in hospitality, customer service, human resources, or sales-related roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiasm for building relationships and connecting with candidates. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Motivation to learn and develop skills in recruitment and talent acquisition. Experience with social media, LinkedIn, or recruitment tools is a plus.
