JOB SUMMARY: This role will work directly with corporate sustainability team members to track, analyze, and validate environmental, social and governance (ESG) and greenhouse gas (GHG) data as part of the company's sustainability programs. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze, track, and manage various ESG and GHG accounting data and provide support for annual reporting, quarterly progress updates, dashboards, reporting requests and systems development requirements. Support company's ESG and GHG inventory data collection, analysis, validation, and reporting. Support ESG and GHG reporting software and data management systems. Enhance the dashboard capabilities of the sustainability platform by uploading data, creating dashboards, and tracking company data and targets. Support data analytics and insights to support ESG and GHG strategic decisions and performance management, including target tracking. Support outreach efforts to internal and external stakeholders regarding general sustainability information such as GHG reduction, supplier engagement, waste reduction, and overall sustainability progress. Collaborate effectively with the Sustainability team and other stakeholders. Update the project team on changes as they relate to ESG reporting and disclosures. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Sustainability, Environmental Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or any equivalent combination of relevant background and work experience. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of experience with sustainability programs. Experience with ESG, sustainability reporting, and GHG accounting including global standards such as Greenhouse Gas Protocol, ISSB and CDP frameworks. COMPETENCIES/SKILLS: Demonstrated knowledge of sustainability reporting for frameworks (TCFD/ISSB, CDP), raters and rankers (MSCI, Sustainalytics, S&P Global, CSA) and emerging climate regulations. Analytical proficiency in ESG data gathering, validation and GHG Scope 1, 2 and 3 accounting. Organized with excellent project and time management skills to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of projects. Skilled in analyzing and summarizing data gleaned from a variety of sources and preparing benchmark reports. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and sometimes unstructured environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate situations, identify gaps, opportunities, and solutions. Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required; experience with Power BI is preferred but not required.
