Job Title: Human Resources Generalist Location: Denver, CO Salary Range: $83,000 - $90,000 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage key human resources functions, including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Payroll Management: Oversee the payroll process, ensuring all payroll data is accurate and processed on time. Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive all necessary information, resources, and support to integrate smoothly into the company. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and providing employees with necessary information regarding their benefits options. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Recruitment & Staffing: Collaborate with department leaders to assess staffing needs, manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through candidate selection, and support offer negotiations. Employee Support & Relations: Act as the go-to resource for employee inquiries, assisting with any concerns, conflict resolution, and promoting positive employee relations. Employee Development: Support ongoing training and development programs aimed at employee growth, helping staff to enhance their skills and advance in their careers. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in HR, including hands-on payroll management. Proven understanding of payroll systems and HR best practices.
