Certification Details BLS ACLS Job Requirements Unit staffing description- RNs, support from CNC, secretary, Manager, etc. shared with CVOR Patient Experience requirements: Critical Care experience a must, PreOp experience a plus Requested Skill Set: BCMA, excellent documentation, ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-acuity patient area, excellent communication skills with interdepartmental team Must have: good critical thinking skills Advanced skills needed: ACLS Procedures performed on unit: large-bore IV starts, chin to toe hair removal, medication administration, skin assessment, assist with Arterial line, Central line, and Epidural placement. Transport patient to OR; assist with induction/intubation, positioning, and skin prep Schedule Information Scheduling requirements: M-F 0500-1330 On Call Requirements: Stay late 1-2/week Floating policy: Within scope of practice and experience Unit Specific Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds: 4 Patient Ratios: 1:1 Type of equipment: GE Carescape Monitoring, Fuji u/s Documentation system: Cerner Dress Code: (Required uniform)
